Sets up Syncthing to sync Claude Code Desktop conversation history between two Windows machines, so the user can access their full chat history from any computer. Use this skill whenever the user wants to sync Claude Code Desktop chats between computers, access their Claude desktop app sessions from multiple devices, set up cross-device Claude history, share Claude conversations between desktop and laptop, or asks why their Claude chats don't show up on another machine. Also trigger if the user mentions missing sessions, wanting cloud sync for Claude, or setting up Claude on a new PC while keeping old chats. Scope: Claude Code Desktop (the Claude desktop app) on Windows. The standalone Claude Code CLI uses a different on-disk format and is not covered by the merge script. This skill handles the full setup end-to-end: Syncthing installation, correct folder identification, UUID merge script, autostart, and device pairing.
