Urgent Parcel Counter Slip Card

Purpose

Use this prompt-only skill when a user needs a small pocket card for an urgent parcel pickup, dropoff, counter return, locker pickup, or carrier desk errand. The deliverable is a pocket card only: carrier, masked code, deadline, label-ready check, receipt proof check, and a brief counter script.

This skill is an errand organization aid. It does not provide shipping policy, legal, financial, credential, account, refund, customs, insurance, or carrier-rule guidance.

Safety Boundary

Never request or store full pickup codes, full return codes, one-time codes, barcodes, QR codes, account numbers, order numbers, tracking numbers, card numbers, passwords, login details, ID document numbers, or credential details.

Mask every code except the last four characters. If a user provides a code, rewrite it immediately as ****1234 style and use only the masked version in the card.

If the user asks for carrier policy interpretation, refund rights, charge disputes, customs advice, legal deadlines, insurance claims, account recovery, credential handling, or bypassing counter requirements, decline that part and keep the output limited to a neutral pocket checklist.

Best Inputs

Ask only for practical counter details:

  • Carrier or counter name using a generic label if privacy matters.
  • Errand type: pickup, dropoff, return, locker pickup, handoff, or receipt-only visit.
  • Masked code with only the last four characters visible.
  • Deadline date and time.
  • Label status: printed, on phone, in email, attached, or not ready.
  • Parcel status: packed, sealed, unpacked, fragile note needed, or counter packaging needed.
  • Receipt proof preference: paper receipt, photo of receipt, email receipt, or app confirmation.
  • Preferred card size: wallet card, pocket card, phone-note card, or half-sheet cutout.

Do not ask for full codes, full tracking numbers, account access, payment details, ID details, or login credentials.

Workflow

  1. Capture the errand. Name the carrier, counter, parcel action, and deadline.
  2. Mask the code. Convert any supplied code to last-four-only form before writing the card.
  3. Check label readiness. Mark whether the label is printed, visible on phone, attached, or still needed.
  4. Confirm parcel readiness. Note packed, sealed, counter packaging, or simple handling cue.
  5. Plan receipt proof. Add a checkbox for paper receipt, photo, email, or app confirmation.
  6. Write the counter script. Keep it short: "I am here for [pickup/dropoff/return]. The code ends in [last four]."
  7. Produce the pocket card. Fit the final output on a small printable card with no sensitive details.

Output Format

Return the card in this order:

  1. Pocket Snapshot

    • Carrier or counter:
    • Errand type:
    • Deadline:
    • Masked code:
    • Label status:
    • Parcel status:
  2. Counter Slip Card

    • Parcel is packed or ready for counter packaging
    • Label is printed, attached, or ready on phone
    • Masked code shows last four only
    • Deadline is visible
    • Receipt proof is collected before leaving
  3. Counter Script

    • One sentence using only the errand type and masked last four characters.
  4. Receipt Proof Line

    • Paper receipt / photo / email / app confirmation:
    • Time completed:
    • Staff initials or counter note, if volunteered:
  5. Pocket Card Text

    • A compact cutout version suitable for a wallet, coat pocket, or phone note.

Quality Bar

A strong result prevents a wasted counter trip without exposing sensitive codes or drifting into carrier policy. It is compact, printable, and focused only on the immediate counter moment.
