Configure Cal.com event types, schedules, and availability windows via CLI.
Mandatory Preflight
Step 1: Check CLI Binary

Prerequisites: WEBHOOK_RELAY_URL must be set in .mise.local.toml . Deploy the relay first via the infra-deploy skill.
