Stock Analysis
This skill is a research playbook for market analysis. It does not include a custom CLI, broker integration, or hidden installer.
When to use
- You need a quick structured read on a stock or crypto asset.
- You want to compare multiple tickers.
- You want a repeatable checklist for portfolio reviews, dividend checks, or trend analysis.
Analysis workflow
- Start with the objective. Decide whether you are reviewing a long-term thesis, short-term reaction, dividend profile, or relative comparison.
- Gather public data. Price action, volume, trend, major news, earnings dates, valuation, and dividend metrics when relevant.
- Score the asset by dimension. Momentum, valuation, balance-sheet quality, growth, volatility, market context, event risk, and thesis durability.
- Write the conclusion. Summarize the key drivers, the main risks, and what would invalidate the view.
Useful output format
- Ticker and market
- Why it is being reviewed
- Bull case
- Bear case
- Key metrics
- Near-term catalysts
- Decision for the watchlist or portfolio
Guardrails
- Separate facts from interpretation.
- Cite the data source you used when numbers matter.
- Do not imply real-time or automated alerts unless they were actually configured elsewhere.
- This skill is for research and education, not investment advice or order execution.
