  • 诊断:识别客户是真没钱(生存问题)还是在博弈(心理问题)。
  • 平移:将客户对“支出”的厌恶,平移为对“技术债”或“系统风险”的恐惧。

3. 调用建议 (Execution Hints)

  • 语气前置:在调用前,请确保你已获取客户的性格,否则话术会因过于通用而显得虚伪。
