Hard Constraints (Do Not Violate)

• Track generation requires tags (1-10 items).
• GET /jobs/{job_id}?wait=true: timeout is 10-300 seconds.
• POST /tracks/{track_id}/play: counted at listened_ms >= 5000.
• Pagination defaults to 20 and maxes at 100.
