Manage tasks in Microsoft To Do using the todo command.

Prerequisites
todo CLI installed (pip install microsoft-todo-cli)
- Microsoft Azure app registered (see
references/setup.md)
- Credentials configured at
~/.config/microsoft-todo-cli/keys.yml
- First run completes OAuth flow in browser
