商业模式 (Economic Model)
Dubai's economy runs on four pillars: aviation/logistics (Emirates + DP World + DXB airport), tourism/hospitality (16M+ visitors annually), real estate (freehold ownership for foreigners since 2002), and financial services (DIFC — Dubai International Financial Centre). The strategy: use oil wealth (only ~1% of GDP now) as seed capital to build infrastructure, then attract global talent and capital through tax-free zones, world-class infrastructure, and regulatory liberalization.

有趣事实
Dubai imported sand from Australia to build some of its artificial islands because the local desert sand is too fine and smooth for construction. The Palm Jumeirah, visible from space, used 94 million cubic meters of sand and rock — enough to build a 2-meter-wide, 2-meter-high wall circling the Earth three times.
