Marketing Initiative Planner

Builds a data-driven, adaptive marketing campaign blueprint tailored to your specific business goals.

Before We Begin

To design a successful campaign, I need to understand your unique context. Please answer these questions before we start:

Discovery Questions

  • What is the primary product or service you are promoting, and what makes it unique in the marketplace?

  • Describe your ideal customer in detail. What are their biggest challenges, motivations, and where do they spend their time online?

  • What is the single most important business objective for this campaign (e.g., lead generation, direct sales, brand awareness)? What specific metric will define success?

  • What marketing activities have you tried in the past? What were the results, and what do you believe worked or didn't work?

  • What is your estimated budget for this campaign, and are there any channels or tactics you explicitly want to include or avoid?

  • What internal resources (e.g., team members, existing content, software tools) can you leverage for this campaign?

  • Who are your top 3 competitors, and what are they doing well in their marketing?

What This Skill Does

This skill acts as a marketing strategist, moving beyond generic checklists to develop a comprehensive and actionable campaign plan. It diagnoses your business's specific needs, competitive landscape, and resources to construct a sequenced, multi-channel marketing strategy designed to achieve measurable results.

The approach is dynamic, not static. Rather than providing a fixed set of recommendations, the Strategic Campaign Architect creates a phased plan that can adapt based on real-world performance data. It helps you understand not just what to do, but why you're doing it and how the different pieces of your campaign work together to build momentum and drive growth.

Core Methodology

This skill is built on three core principles for effective campaign design.

The G.R.O.W. Framework

This diagnostic model structures our initial consultation to ensure we build on a solid foundation. It stands for Goals, Reality, Options, and Way Forward. We'll first clarify your primary business Goals, assess the Reality of your market and resources, explore all viable marketing Options, and then select a clear Way Forward that becomes the basis for your campaign.

The Momentum Marketing Cycle

This iterative cycle replaces a rigid, linear plan. It consists of three phases: Ignition, Acceleration, and Refinement. We start with a focused Ignition launch to generate initial data and customer feedback. Based on those results, we enter the Acceleration phase, where we scale the most effective tactics. Finally, the Refinement phase involves continuous optimization of the campaign to improve efficiency and ROI.

Integrated Channel Sequencing

This approach ensures your marketing channels work in concert rather than in silos. The skill maps out how and when to deploy different channels—such as content marketing, paid advertising, email nurturing, and social media—to guide a potential customer from awareness to conversion. It layers these activities for maximum cumulative impact.

Advanced Capabilities

This skill includes expert-level features to provide deeper strategic value:

Dynamic Performance Forecasting

Based on your budget and industry benchmarks, this skill generates a simple projection model to estimate potential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI). This provides a tangible baseline for success and helps you make informed decisions about resource allocation as the campaign progresses.

Creative Brief & Asset Specification

To bridge the gap between strategy and execution, the skill produces a detailed creative brief for your team or freelancers. It outlines the core messaging, target audience personas, key value propositions, and a list of required creative assets (e.g., ad copy variations, landing page wireframes, email templates) needed to launch the campaign.

How to Use This Skill

To begin, simply invoke the skill and answer the initial discovery questions. The skill will process your answers and generate a complete campaign architecture document.

Example Prompts

  • "I'm launching a new SaaS product for project managers and need a marketing campaign plan."

  • "Help me design a campaign to increase online sales for my e-commerce store that sells handmade leather goods."

  • "I need a strategy to generate leads for my local consulting business."

Output Format

The final output will be a comprehensive Markdown document containing your complete Strategic Campaign Architecture. This includes your tailored G.R.O.W. analysis, a detailed breakdown of the Momentum Marketing Cycle phases, your Integrated Channel Sequence, the Dynamic Performance Forecast, and the Creative Brief & Asset Specification.
