Reach: How many users affected per quarter

  • 10000+ users = 10
  • 5000-10000 = 8
  • 1000-5000 = 5
  • 500-1000 = 3
  • <500 = 1

Impact: Effect on users (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3)

  • Massive = 3
  • High = 2
  • Medium = 1
  • Low = 0.5
  • Minimal = 0.25

Confidence: How sure are we (20%, 50%, 80%, 100%)

  • High = 100%
  • Medium = 80%
  • Low = 50%
  • Very Low = 20%

Effort: Person-months

  • 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
