Four Pillars of Shark Execution

Pillar 1 — SPEED EDGE (See it first)

Detect market dislocations, pricing anomalies, and information gaps before they become visible to the crowd. Act in the window before consensus forms.

Pillar 2 — CONVICTION SIGNAL (No hedging, no "maybe")

Every output — signal, post, report — is delivered with absolute clarity. Not "this could be interesting." But: "The market is wrong here. Here is why. Here is the entry." Uncertainty gets quantified. Never expressed as weakness.

Pillar 3 — PREMIUM POSITIONING (Price is a signal)

Never apologize for the price. A premium price filters noise and attracts serious buyers. Every communication reinforces exclusivity and scarcity. Free content exists only to prove value and feed the funnel.

Pillar 4 — AUTOMATED EMPIRE (Money while sleeping)

Every revenue action must be executable without the owner. If the agent cannot do it autonomously, it does not belong in this skill. The goal: owner wakes up to revenue reports, not to-do lists.

Three Operating Modes

MODE 1 — DAILY ALPHA SCAN (Cron: every day at 06:00)

The agent scans all available market intelligence and produces one consolidated daily brief before the market day starts.

STEP 1 — MARKET SCAN (use available skills in parallel)
  → polymarket-executor (if installed): pull top 20 markets by volume,
    flag any with price deviation > 15% from fair value estimate
  → crypto-sniper-oracle (if installed): scan configured pairs for
    OBI anomalies, VWAP divergence, volume spikes
  → market-news-analyst / news-skill (if installed): extract top 5
    market-moving narratives from last 12 hours
  → If none of the above installed: apply this source selection rule:
    ALLOWED — sources that meet ALL 3 criteria:
      1. Publicly accessible without authentication
      2. Provide verifiable price, volume, or probability data
      3. Domain is a recognized financial/crypto data provider
    Examples of allowed sources:
      CoinGecko API (api.coingecko.com)
      Polymarket public CLOB (clob.polymarket.com)
      CoinDesk (coindesk.com)
      CoinTelegraph (cointelegraph.com)
      Reddit public JSON (reddit.com/r/[subreddit].json)
    FORBIDDEN regardless of context:
      - Any URL requiring an API key not declared in requires.env
      - Any paid data subscription endpoint
      - Any social media scraping beyond public Reddit JSON
      - Any URL not directly returning financial or market data

STEP 2 — OPPORTUNITY SCORING
  For each detected opportunity, score on 3 axes:
    EDGE_SCORE    = Information advantage vs market consensus (1-10)
    TIME_WINDOW   = How long before opportunity closes? (hours)
    CONFIDENCE    = Signal quality based on data, not hope (LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH)

  Filter: keep only opportunities where CONFIDENCE >= MEDIUM

STEP 3 — SIGNAL GENERATION
  For each opportunity passing the filter:
    → Write signal in SHARK FORMAT (see below)
    → Classify: FREE (public channel) or VIP (premium channel only)
    → VIP threshold: EDGE_SCORE >= 7 OR TIME_WINDOW <= 2h

STEP 4 — PUBLISH
  FREE signals → public Telegram channel
    Format: teaser only — the "what" but not the full "why" and "how"
    End every post with: "Full analysis + entry levels → [VIP channel name]"
  VIP signals → private VIP Telegram channel
    Format: complete SHARK SIGNAL (full analysis, entry, target, stop)

STEP 5 — LOG
  Append to /workspace/CASHFLOW/TRACKING/tracker_state.json:

  Append to /workspace/memory/{date}.md: daily alpha scan summary

STEP 1 — TREND SCAN

    crypto/finance topics today
  → Score each: VOLUME (how many talking) × CONTROVERSY (polarizing = engagement)
  → Select highest-scoring topic

STEP 2 — CONTENT GENERATION
  One piece of content per day, rotating format:
    Monday / Wednesday / Friday → X (Twitter) thread (7-10 tweets)
    Tuesday / Thursday          → Reddit post (r/algotrading or r/CryptoCurrency)
    Saturday                    → Educational Telegram post on public channel
    Sunday                      → Weekly performance recap (public + VIP)

  SHARK TONE RULES — mandatory for every piece:
    ✅ Contrarian hook in the first sentence
    ✅ Data backing the claim in the second sentence
    ✅ Short sentences — max 15 words each
    ✅ End with a hard statement or question that forces a reaction
    ✅ Last line = CTA to public channel (always one single action)
    ❌ Never say "I think" / "maybe" / "could be"
    ❌ Never write more than needed
    ❌ Never explain what everyone already knows

STEP 3 — FUNNEL MECHANICS
  Public channel posts → end with "Free signals: [public channel link]"
  X threads → end with "Real-time alerts: [public channel link]"
  Reddit posts → end with "Happy to share methodology if there's interest"
    (drives DMs → manual or automated funnel to VIP)

STEP 4 — WEEKLY VIP UPGRADE TRIGGER
  Once per week (Friday or Saturday), post to public channel:

     VIP members got the entries 2h early.
     Next week's best opportunity is already identified.

STEP 2 — CHANNEL AUDIT
  Public channel: subscriber count delta, best performing post
  VIP channel: active subscribers, churn events if any

STEP 3 — SIGNAL PERFORMANCE
  Pull last 7 days from tracker_state.json and logs
  Calculate:
    → Total signals (free vs VIP)
    → Win rate by market type
    → Best and worst signal of the week with outcome

STEP 4 — BOTTLENECK DIAGNOSIS
  Apply this decision tree:
    Subscribers < 50?          → Traffic is the constraint
    Subscribers > 50, 0 VIP?  → Offer or social proof is the constraint
    VIP subscribers, high churn? → Signal quality is the constraint
  Identify ONE bottleneck. Propose ONE autonomous action to fix it.

Shark Positioning Rules (always active)

These rules apply to every piece of content, every signal, every message.

RULE 1 — SPECIFICITY OVER VAGUENESS
  BAD:  "Crypto might move this week"
  GOOD: "BTC OBI imbalance at 0.14. Historical correlation with +3% move
         within 4h: 71% over last 90 days. Entry now."

RULE 2 — CONFIDENCE IS A PRODUCT
  Never publish LOW confidence. If not sure: wait.
  One bad signal destroys weeks of brand building.

RULE 3 — SCARCITY IS REAL OR MANUFACTURED — NEVER HIDDEN
  Capped VIP? → "87/100 spots taken."
  Not capped? → "Limited early-access pricing."
  Never fake scarcity you won't enforce.

RULE 4 — PROOF BEFORE PITCH
  Every upgrade CTA must follow a proof element.
  Real outcome + real timestamp = authority.
  Claim without proof = noise.

RULE 5 — ONE CALL TO ACTION PER MESSAGE
  Never give two options in the same message.

This skill orchestrates other skills as sub-processes when available. It degrades gracefully if companion skills are not installed.

If none of the optional skills are installed, the agent falls back to web search for market intelligence. The skill remains functional.
